Experience in managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service API(s) Experience in building automation to manage production services more efficiently Extensive experience in monitoring distributed systems using tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics Lead triage and postmortem activities for critical issues and drive prioritization/resolution of remediation items.
