Product Managers are responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and working with IT partners to evaluate, estimate, plan, and implement solutions that meet the business needs, goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Experienced in Healthcare systems EMR/EHR Epic Leads configuration and validation meetings with vendor partners, system office stakeholders, as well as divisional and facility stakeholders across multiple departments (Patient Registration, Emergency Department, Ancillary and Procedural areas, Environmental Services, Patient Transport, and Inpatient Unit). Leads workstream focused around operational workflows as well as data requirements for interface development. Models and analyzes current state and future state processes; fosters understanding of how project impacts current state. Performs current-state workflow reviews and gap analysis in preparation for transitioning to future state standard workflows and technology system. Partners with the System office Business Sponsor team, stakeholders, as well as division and facility business stakeholders to evaluate requirements in preparation for system build. Manages preparations for super-user training from coordination of training rooms and training sessions. Works with facility teams to prepare impacted users and departments for go-live activities. Transforms business needs into clearly defined requirements that can feasibly be tested and implemented in a solution. Adapts test plans and test cases to each facility, and leads User Acceptance Testing activities. Minimal Qualifications Must be highly skilled and experienced working with Google, Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Word. Effectively manages time and balances multiple priorities. Takes initiative and acts without waiting for direction. Anticipates customers needs and meets and/or exceeds expectations. Displays a strong sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal skills; builds rapport and relates well with all kinds of people. Treats everyone with respect. Deals well with ambiguity and change. Writes in ways that make abstract concepts, issues and information clear and understandable to a wide variety of audiences.
