| From: Prakash Singh, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Product Owner / Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: 3-month Contract to hire Only GC cards, US citizens QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of experience Clarity implementation experience Develops product vision, then drives a process to bring that vision to life; collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure that they understand the vision for Clarity value Champions the needs of the customer and translates what it means in Clarity as features Leads the prioritization of features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery within an Agile framework Partners with IT through approval of testing, implementation & communication plans, and signoff Works with development teams and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles Ensure both quality and functional goals are met with each sprint Develops appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams Inspires and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency Acts as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product Communicates detailed requirements, epics, and stories to ensure schedules are followed for short-term requirements aligned to long-term plan Partners to ensure integrity is maintained and ensures market and business needs are satisfied Interprets and adhere to standard legal, compliance, and business rules during design and development Supports writing functional stories, acceptance criteria, testing and analysis and will follow Agile ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint planning/ Retro / Review, etc.) and principles throughout the product development phases Synthesizes business requirements, identifies areas of uncertainty, recommends solutions, gathers buy-in from relevant stakeholders, rolls solution out to team, shepherds feature through development and approves demos review code before rollout Develops metrics to measure success of solution features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations Keywords: information technology green card |
