Design, build, test and deploy applications that provide business solutions. Follow established timelines, application development standards and quality processes. Manage application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities. Perform peer reviews on deliverables. Interact with clients, project manager, scrum master, SMEs, onsite and offshore QA teams, and several support teams. Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and to answer questions/clarifications. Classify and mitigate risk/issues and escalate to project manager, scrum master and tech leads as required. Handle real time issues occurred in production and troubleshoot to resolve and identify root causes. Define and implement best practices and procedures. Mentor junior team members.
