Previous experience in Agile methodology and healthcare industry strongly preferred. Well-rounded experience with integrations and software products related to video technology platforms. Proven leadership and management ability with cross-functional teams. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Document and communicate acceptance criteria to ensure proper breakdown of epics into stories. Liaise between technical and non-technical personnel to understand and communicate business objectives and generate product solutions. Manage team communication, understanding of requirements/expectations, and team participation in retrospectives, grooming, and other squad ceremonies. Ensure features and use cases are correct working alongside QA. Generate solutions and strategies to customize and improve market specific products. Conduct product rollout and A/B testing, providing appropriate communication of story and feature status as needed. Create reporting to monitor and measure feature success and utilization.
