Communication is key. "Some with Business/Data/Process analysis experience, with enough project management experience to get by". This person will be working on 2 projects, both projects have PM's assigned to them but this person will work with the PM's to help drive the projects. "Experience working with the business, understanding business needs, and being able to document that into user stories". "Need this person to be able to get into a SQL database and look at data and help some of our developers understand how the data fits together with the business process". Top 3 "must have" skills - candidates submitted need these at a minimum 1. Experience with business and process analysis 2. Don't expect them to be SQL developers, but need the ability to get into a database and help look at data and do data analysis. 3. Good verbal and written communication because this person will be working a lot with IP's business partners and external customers in some cases. Additional Skills Desired - Skills used on day-to-day basis - Ability to act independently without orders. - Capable of learning on the fly - Need to be able to work with with their team. Job Responsibilites: -Collaborates and works with the Recycling business partners and external customers to create relationships and deliver value for commercial projects, including ERP System projects -Collaborates with business partners on process improvements, including documentation, and provides leadership to medium to large complexity projects to further IPs overall profit position within the industry focusing on commercial and estimate to cash processes. -Performs business analysis to gather requirements to deliver solutions that will deliver benefits and process improvements -Enables and leads rollout of medium to large scale projects using agile and traditional methodologies (some travel may be required) -Serves as a consultant to the Recycling business, ITSS and other IT groups to support information technology solutions utilized by the business -Has the ability to analyze complex user information flows and provides feedback to the business on possible solution, collaborating with other IT partners -Has capability to develop expert level application knowledge of estimate to cash systems and other business applications, including understanding of the data and structure to help enable reporting and analytics Requirements: The Skills You Will Bring: Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading medium to large IT projects Minimum of 6 to 8 years leading business analysis of IT applications Experience with data analysis as part of business and process analysis Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Competencies: o Drive for Results o Peer Relationships o Business Acumen o Learning on the Fly o Dealing with Ambiguity Job Duties: Collaborate with Recycling business partners and external customers to create relationships and deliver value for multiple business channels Lead, define, and oversee information technology process improvements and medium to large complexity projects to further IPs overall profit position within the industry focusing on commercial and estimate to cash processes.
