Instead will be leading/managing the strategies &possibly changing. Projects are all in flight and this candidate willlook at all testing document at a 10,000 foot level and then present reports tothe CTO level. Type ofcandidate theyd like to seesomeone like a QMO portfolio manager. Someone who can coordinate the work stream efforts & deliverables. Not lookingfor any specific technologies with this candidate. Ideal PMO/QMO type,who can review testing metrics weekly & present the findings. Thisposition is on the functional side and should have knowledge in all the movingparts of the medical/dental domain. These are Agile projects MUST SKILLS: Experiencein Medical/Dental Insurance domain. Proficiencyin Test automation tools (Serenity/Selenium). Experiencein agile development and scrum methodologies. Experiencein DevOps, Jira, or any other relevant management tools. Proficiencyin CICD integration and pipeline development.
