Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems. Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure. Prepare RCA and DEP (for e.g.: process change, code change, refresher of standards) Ability to work across teams and SMEs. Should be able to work in shifts.
