They will be supporting the technology platforms that manage fixed income, equities, commodities, asset allocation, ETF's hedge funds, and private equity. Required Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# Strong hands on experience creating stored procedures, views and tables Experience with modern Web frameworks and services such as Bootstrap, Angular, React.Js, RESTful services Solid understanding of object-oriented design and modern design patterns, software development best practices Agile processes (unit testing, mocking, refactoring, code versioning and version control software such as GIT or Subversion) Team player with an interest in learning new technologies and practices System design experience Commercial mindset making sound decisions and delivering to the desk while iterating to a better platform Bonus/Soft Skills: Financial technology: Prior Alternatives experience is a plus but candidates with hedge funds, asset management or sell-side backgrounds are encouraged to apply Keywords: csharp javascript green card New York |
