It is a long team contracting posting with our direct client in Dallas, Texas. It is not a remote opportunity. The person will work on implementing data pipelines to make data available in the Enterprise Data Warehouse(EDW) from systems of records and operational data stores. Along with making data available in the EDW, the person will work with Business and Data Analysts to implement data models and calculate key business KPIs for the use of the wider business for reporting and analytics. Essential Job Functions Engineering Data pipelines from various sources(on-prem, Cloud, APIs) Unit testing and troubleshooting Understanding technical design and executing technical requirements Supporting day-to-day operational tasks Required skills 8-10 yearrs of overall Data Integration experience with 4+ years of experience in Snowflake. Understanding of dimensional and relational modeling. Understanding of BI/DW development methodologies. Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform including but not limited to hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities like SnowSQL, Snow Pipe Experience with data loading using Azure Data Factory (ADF) will be an added advantage. Experience with Python/JavaScript or other scripting language Preferred Skills Understanding of cloud technologies in Azure, Talend Cloud Knowledge of Talend Administration and Configuration Keywords: business intelligence information technology |
