Title: Sr Validation Engineer Location: Warsaw, IN (onsite from Day-1) Duration: 6 months Client: Zimmer Inc (Please keep it confidential) Mandatory Skills: CSV, QA and Validation Job Description: CSV Responsible for ensuring the testing / validation team is aligned between IT and Functional partners. Responsible for overseeing the completion of verification, validation and UAT testing of system releases (quarterly). Ensuring impacted test scripts / procedures are aligned with ongoing quarterly release scope. Partner with Release Manager to ensure effective and timely releases occur per Roadmap. Escalates issues or risks identified for quick resolution by Program leadership or Executive Steering Committee. Works closely with Functional partners to ensure clarity and timing on verification / validation of system. Coordinates with entire IT QA/RA portfolio (including vendors) on upcoming releases and testing required to execute to that scopeMust have a proven background in SDLC & software validation within a regulated environment. Must be able to support meetings in the Eastern time zone. Minimum 5 years experience in Validation SME. Preferred 3 years experience in Project Management or leading multi-functional teams toward established goals and timelines. Excellent Communication skill in English. Good Team Player with individual ownership. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
