Up to 71 countries with various levels of business complexity will be included in a greenfield implementation of a global template. Key activities include the definition of the localization strategy and plan, leading the engagement of client resources and fit-to-standard validation, helping define the deployment strategy for all 71 countries, and ensuring full alignment with the global template core team.
