http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=347746&uid= From: Steve Lee, GVD Systems LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Help Desk Technician Location: New York Duration: 6+ Months Responsibilities: Maintain high performing service support functions including and IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support Ownership of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required Ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed Champion Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensuring service impact is minimized and agreed Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes Manage Desktop HW/SW Inventory and Lifecycle Requirements: 10+ years in IT End User Services Delivery Management Proven experience in End User Solutions / Platforms: WIN10, O365, TEAMS, OneDrive, SharePoint, Mobility (MS Intune), Remote connectivity (VPN, Citrix/Flexible) Proven experience in End User process optimization in in big organizations Proven experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, Altiris, Projects, Power BI dashboards and analysis of information Experience with the Power BI platform and gathering data from Altiris, SCCM, CMDB.
