Analysts define workflows, requirements for development, and configuration that will support our digital solutions. Work on small to large, complex projects and offer solutions that require skills in multiple applications. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS ANY COMBINATION OF REQUIREMENTS WHICH PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of IS or business work experience, preferably including managing team(s) in analysis and/or programming functions; Understanding of technological trends to provide solutions to enhance our competitive edge; Strong business analysis and process engineering skills; Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Knowledge of supply chain management and wholesale distribution; Effective problem solving and trouble shooting skills; Attention to detail; Clear oral, written, and presentation skills. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status; Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries; Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
