Expert - 7 years: Candidates able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Position Requested Qualifications 1. 7 years business analyst experience. 2. 7years experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, and business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts. 3. 5years experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the as-is state and development of a to-be process. 4. 5years experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 5. 3years experience evaluating business processes and working with business users to gather requirements for Case Management application that supports combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication. 6. 5years experience writing reports, preparing business cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders. 7.
