I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Technical Project Manager Location- Boston MA (Hybrid need Local) Rate-$60/hr on C2C Client Domain: Finance/IT/Investment Visa-USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD Must have a technical background and experience working with Telco, infrastructure, data centers or Cisco. Job Description: The client is in the early stages of constructing a new 225,000 square foot office facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Schedule completion is planned for June 2024. This large-scale project requires a project manager working on the technology side who is familiar with the buildout of new technology environments, interfacing with various technology disciplines, general construction, and project management methodology. This consultant position is for a skilled Technology Project Manager with a minimum of five years experience in new office buildout and construction spaces. This position will closely partner with Corporate Services. The role of the Technology Project task categories includes, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities: - Effective horizontal and vertical facilitation and communication with business units, Corporate Services, IT, and other departments - Liaison to Corporate Services, Business Management, and Project Management Office - Relationship building - Project team development and cohesion - Contribution to team and department efforts - Documentation management - Project reporting - Issues and risk management - Project planning, scheduling, and task coordination - On-site project management and field coordination of technology installation activity - Prior working knowledge of telco carrier installation, network installation, and desktop technology installations - The consultant shall communicate to senior levels of management in the most effective manner within the organization, through verbal and written means. - The Project Manager role requires a strong understanding of Technology Communication Room construction, Room-Ready features and the relationship between requirements, design, and installation delivery. - The role requires interaction with highly skilled technology professionals, corporate services, and construction installation staff. - Strong and proven understanding of networking technologies (voice and data) are required. - Coupled with an analytical background to best review and recommend technology options, while putting in place necessary planning and accurate scheduling is crucial. - Proven abilities to coordinate across various IT disciplines is necessary.
