This will be a hands-on architect role, they need someone who can create the roadmap and then implement the solution. If I were a candidate, what would get me excited about this position (what are the selling points) Can convert FTE and long-term projects. Candidate Profile What are the top three MUST have soft skills and technical skills (experience candidates must have coming in the door) (For Dev/Engineering roles) What coding languages are required for this job What specifically will they need to develop using these (API's, UI, Integration, Migration, etc.): They will be helping the development team with implementation: By helping they will do PoCs, data modeling, and need hands-on engineering experience to help the dev team as needed. The primary role is not developer/engineer role, but those skills will be needed. Proven experience creating proof of concepts. They need this because the current architecture is undefined, so multiple concepts will be needed before one is chosen. Graph technology experience, including Neo4j, TigerGraph, Anzo DB, GraphQL, openCypher, SparQL, Gremlin. Not all of these Graph data technologies are needed, but having specifically neo4J, TigerGraph, GraphQL and Anzo will be very beneficial because these tools are already being used.
