P1&P2 support is 24x7 Maintain strong relationship with the customer. Ensure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization Work with team on backup plans for holidays & leaves Full attention on the program, incidents, changes and SLAs Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. Experience in leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary Ownership of critical incidents coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous. Good IT skills and the ability to use business support software. Good resource planning skills. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
