Roles & Responsibilities Should have handled end-to-end implementation Should be experienced in conducting workshops for requirement gathering, Define AS-IS system flow, data flow and business flow for the Alliance Pipeline Define To-Be business process and design requirements strategy and approach Validate the Requirements with Alliance Pipeline Business Capture the site-specific requirements Develop Requirement Traceability Matrix Create/update Functional Design document Perform Fit-Gap Analysis Contribute to the development of Functional Test Cases and Test Scripts Developing test cases for functional requirements, conducting UAT sessions Perform System Testing Strong demonstrable exp. as Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in Maximo Development of functional design specification, data mapping, migration etc. Hands-on development of training material, delivery of train the trainer and end user training for various roles (end users, admin training, Super User trainings) Responsibilities for Maximo developer Design and development as per Project requirement using Maximo 7.6 and above product. Customization of existing Maximo application/ functionality Debugging and Unit Testing of Developed/Existing application Direct customer interaction and Requirements definition Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change requests Create and execute Unit test Plan. Responsibilities for Maximo -Technical Lead Roles & Responsibilities Lead the offshore Team and provide guidance on technical issues Ensure deliverables are met on time and with quality Good architectural knowledge of Maximo Work on integration and conversion design. Review and get approval on the technical designs from the customer Finalize the Release Management process Resolve technical issues during distinct phases and escalate, if required Report on the progress of technical track Assist the project manager to update project schedule Support the technical review process. Responsibilities for Maximo -Solution Architect Roles & Responsibilities Assist with the development of technical solution design and architecture. Based on the global design and deployments, build incremental technical architecture, and provide recommendation to the customer on incremental sizing of the infrastructure. Determine the best way to address customizations in the Solution in support of the functional requirements. Design effective integration and data conversion strategy. Design an effective reporting strategy. Update Architecture based on the proposed solution. Review Cutover plan Contribute to the Performance Test Plan Develop Integration Test Plan and contribute to the Data Conversion Test Plan Develop Integration Test Plan and contribute to the Integration Test Cases Strong demonstrable exp. as a Solution Architect in O&G industry, preferably midstream and exposure to Maximo Know about Solution Architect best practices Proven recent extensive technical knowledge and depth in infrastructure, software architecture, databases and agile product development; advanced expertise in best practices related to application design, configuration and maintenance, system administration and documentation. Proficiency in creation of solution architecture and design documentation emphasizing requirements traceability in relation to business and technical requirements Proven recent Hands-on experience building large applications Understands the role of Enterprise Architecture and associated Enterprise Architecture Principles, and how they impact Solution Architecture Strong in Communications, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills.
