Job Description Job title: BMC Remedy Developer/Product Architect Location: Tallahassee, Florida- onsite Interview: On-site 1 and done. Visa: No H1B, CPT&OPT End Client: State of Florida Job Description Required experience working with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configuration, etc. Do not submit anyone without BMC Remedy Candidates are due ASAP. This Product Architect shall upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data. Remedy is an Information Technology Services Management platform used to manage service requests. Mandatory Qualifications - Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience) - A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. - Proficient in the English language Preferred Qualifications: - BMC Accredited Developer - Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools - Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates - Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals - Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches) EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
