Location: REMOTE Description: Our client is in the video game industry, and they are currently seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist that will work under the Senior Manager, Knowledge Management, and is responsible for making sure that the quality and effectiveness of knowledge management practices and tooling within Global Player Support are up to date. They will be helping to create and communicate authoring standards that ensure content is written for easy understanding by a global audience. The Specialist will collaborate with a global team of knowledge authors, subject matter experts, and knowledge consumers to effectively support the knowledge management strategy. This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities: Develop and communicate authoring standards that focus on templatization, organizing knowledge, the use of different media, and using knowledge management and learning transfer principles Improve knowledge management practices and tooling to support the author, agent, and player support knowledge journey Maintain internal documents of record for knowledge management and player support, including managing knowledge sharing platforms Stay up to date on industry trends and technology, providing advice and hosting workshops to improve knowledge management practices within Player Support Monitor the performance of knowledge tooling, the effectiveness of knowledge standards, and user sentiment of knowledge management programs to determine the knowledge management roadmap and areas for growth Provide writing and internal communication support as needed Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, or technical writing Required Qualifications: Experience working with business process modeling and notation Experience designing knowledge flows including decision tree modeling and user knowledge journeys Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification Keywords: |
