Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role: Lead Java Developer Location: O'Fallon, Missouri (Main Campus) (Day 1 Onsite Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months contract Job Description Technically Lead a team of talented developers to develop high-performance, high-volume Java decision processing applications Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with Client standards, processes and best practices Work closely with partner technical leads and architects Assist with support issues by troubleshooting incidents and problem tickets Possess the aptitude to quickly learn and contribute to our complex platform Provide technical expertise to ensure effective delivery of software capabilities and be an integral part of the Agile SAFe discover and elaboration sessions Participate in PoCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies and Frameworks. Perform code reviews of co-workers deliverables to ensure best practices Provide strong technical guidance to junior team members lead with a technical vision Essential Skills required: Technical experience using Java/JEE Spring Framework (including Spring Boot). Familiarity with cloud technologies like cloud foundry, kubernetes Strong Linux and shell scripting Oracle & PL/SQL and advanced SQL scripting IDE such as JBoss Developer Studio/IntelliJ Desirable Skills: Messaging MQ and JMS Business rules execution systems (e.g., IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM - formerly ILOG)) Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system Keywords: message queue procedural language Colorado |
