Title: SAP-SABA Consultant Location: Malvern, PA or Palo Alto, CA Duration:6-12 Months Must Have Skills: 10+ years experience in SABA implementations Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or business administration Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology Strong experience in - SABA Cloud - SABA Cloud Anayltics - SABA Cloud RDI Process - SABA Cloud Notification Build - SABA Cloud Canvas/Microsite/Groups Build Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally Nice to Have Skills: Ability to lead Experience working with On-site & Off-shore teams Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed Excellent Oral and written communication skills CAN DO attitude Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers Self-driven, motivated and results orientated Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling Data Transfer from legacy systems * Learn4U (SABA Cloud LMS but a separate tenant than the one we are moving into.) Create Analytic reports and work with US to ensure proper data is identified. Prepare RDI templates to upload data into USSC. Upload data and assist with data validation process. * TC Manager (SoftDeCC) Work with TC Manager team to identify RDI templates needed for data transfer. Assist with data conversion matrix TC Manager SABA e.g. TC Manager uses Course ID SABA uses Course Number. Work with US SE team to ensure data is prepared on RDI templates to meet their Skills concept. Prepare RDI templates to upload data into USSC. Upload data and assist with data validation process. * PEP Connect (Knowledge Anywhere) Work with PEP Connect team to identify RDI templates needed for data transfer. Assist with data conversion matrix PEP Connect SABA e.g. PEP Connect uses Course ID SABA uses Course Number. Prepare RDI templates to upload data into USSC. Upload data and assist with data validation process. * TRAC (External training data from in-house legacy training system) Prepare RDI templates to upload data into USSC. Upload data and assist with data validation process. Interface Build and Validation * Assist with HR Interface Build & Validation. *Assist with SDMS Interface Build & Validation. * Assist with Export process to S4 Hana.
