This is Shalman from Securekloud

We have opening for following roles for our Direct client.

Role : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Remote

Duration : Long-term Contract

Client : Health Care Client

ServiceNow Developer Remote-Based (must be on video 75% and work EST hours) 12+ Months

The ServiceNow Developer will require continuous interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders related to development, configuration, testing, implementation, and overall stakeholder satisfaction of the ServiceNow platform.

Primary Responsibilities

Hands-on design, development, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems.
Develop end-to-end solutions, including: Collecting requirements, creating implementation plans, coding and executing implementation plans.
Ensure ServiceNow application releases are implemented and tested in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption.
Develop and implement technical solutions and perform component integration testing.
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow.
Ability to translate big picture ideas into actionable, scalable solutions.
Advance current reporting and dashboards.
Comply with organizational ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) standards.
Create and update knowledge base articles and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to reflect accurate information related to system functionality and troubleshooting.
Independently identify system deficiencies and/or opportunities and recommend solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform.
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.
Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify issues and raise to key stakeholders in order to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations.
Must have a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, excellent analytical skills; and an ability to communicate complex issues simply and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
Programming skills, ServiceNow scripting, and Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS).
Experience with the ServiceNow Portal Development.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery module.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders.
An ability to influence for greater outcomes.
Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution-oriented.
Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, and with external partners and vendors.
