Job Title:- PM with ADO and ServiceNow Duration:- Long term contract Location:- (100 % Remote) Interview:- Immediate Experience:- 12+ Years Projects are managed and delivered using Azure DevOps (ADO). Deliverables include: Creating and maintaining project plans in ADO Identifying, reporting, and escalating risks and issues using ADO Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories Facilitate Product Backlog Grooming Meetings Facilitate Release Planning Workshops Produce Release Plan Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective Meeting Implement sprint process improvements Manage and monitor project costs against budget Overall Scope The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling two projects: (1) ServiceNow CSDM: Implement the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) on the ServiceNow platform to enable the full capability of the ServiceNow platform in relation to the Configuration Management Data Database (CMDB) framework. CSDM identifies where and how to place service and application related data within the CMDB. It helps shape the platforms information in a clear and concise format for positive growth and audit compliance. This will also allow for transparent service costing and more accurate reporting. (2) Next Gen App Inventory: Implement software designed to support enterprise architects and other business and IT stakeholders with strategically driven planning, analysis, design and execution. These tools support strategic and tactical decision making by capturing and connecting context and information across business, information, solution and technology domains, along with other relevant architectural viewpoints.
