Key Requirements 5 years of ServiceNow development/implementationexperience Experience working with web technologies (HTML,CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML) Experience with automation and DevOps practices;familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such asGit and utilize Agile principals ServiceNow Certified Application Developer A pro-active, team player with strong communicationskills Responsibilities Support the development and configuration ofServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal,Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC,Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs. Develop solutions within ServiceNow, assist withthe integration of other applications and tools, system administration, reportdevelopment and testing of the product and its sub-modules. Design, implement, test, document, and deployenhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support theenterprise. Identify, create, and execute test cases forServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNowAutomated Test Framework functionality. Collaborate with team members to define, analyze,understand, and document business and technical requirements. Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms,scripts, and underlying logic using Agile methodologies. Participate in and support ServiceNow versionupgrades.
