Job Title: .NET Developer Location: - Tallahassee, FL (onsite) Duration: 6+ months Local or open to relocate only Project Description: Design and implement solutions on PCS application as well as work on authentication and authorization using C#, .Net, MVC, PL/SQL, and various other programming tools. Purpose: This scope of work is for Project Management and Advanced Application Developer Services of new and existing functionalities using Microsoft VB.Net, C# programming and SQL Server for the Florida Department of Health (Department) Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, Directors Office. Contractor will provide these services to the Department. 5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 5.1. Ten years of experience with object-oriented development techniques and Microsoft .Net Core, Model view-controller (MVC), NuGet, Git, React, and Entity Framework; 5.2. Ten years of experience Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning; 5.3. Ten years of experience with Crystal reports to meet user-defined requirements; 5.4. Ten years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team; 5.5. Five years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server; 5.6. Three years of experience with software build and release management methodologies 5.7. Three years of experience with Azure DevOps integration and automation. 5.8. Three years of experience with build pipelines, release and deployment pipelines 5.9. Five years of experience with development of Web Application program interfaces (API) or Web Services to implement real time interfaces; 5.10. Five years of experience in healthcare IT domain using Agile Scrum framework; 5.11. Five years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, scheduled jobs, and linked servers. 5.12. Five years of experience in analyzing and developing role-based security. 5.13. Five years of experience with data conversion, migrations, database analysis and design. 5.14. Five years of experience with Azure. 5.15. Five years of experience with Visual Studio Team Services, Git Source Control system, and SharePoint Online 6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 6.1.1. Develop and deliver code to perform system functions as defined in use requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.2. Test application code daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.3. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.4. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.5. Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements and system changes daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.6. Design model objects (tables, views, indexes) daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.7. Develop ad-hoc queries on MSSQL Databases daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.8. Develop new DB objects in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in support of programming daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.9. Manage production promotion for ad-hoc SQL daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.10. Add and Update tasks to Product Backlog items and complete tasks daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.11. Process change tickets to implement system changes daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.12. Provide change management in a cod promotion role in partnership with development team daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.13. Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.14. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospective and review meetings as assigned by the Department. 6.1.15. Develop, configure, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps 6.1.16. Integrate selenium automated test cases in CI/CD pipelines 6.1.17. Develop and implement automated notifications for each pipeline tasks in Azure DevOps 6.1.18. Provide support and be on call during off hours, holidays, and weekend. 6.1.19. Develop and document code per Division development standards daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.20. In collaboration with Departments Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) information technology teams; design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the DCHP Master Person Index (MPI) project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily as requested by the Department. 6.1.21.
