Position:- EUC Engineer / Workplace Services engineer Experience:- Min 5+ Years Location:- Houston (TX) and Denver (CO) - (Day 1 Onsite) Contract:- 12 + Months with Extension Skills needed: EUC/Workplace Services engineer Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets ((battery replacement, shell swap, software installation, OS crash repair, monthly Win 10 patching etc.) Very good knowledge of AD & Windows 10 OS Imaging knowledge Deskside and white glove support experience Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken) Inventory and Asset management ServiceNow Ticket management Experience in application packaging Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus (Autopilot, Company Portal, policy/patch scheduling) Experience in supporting Audio Video conference room support will be a plus.
