This role is responsible for developing and maintaining artificial intelligence and machine learning offerings to improve the client experience across channels including, mobile, web, smart devices, etc. This role can expect to tackle exciting challenges like leveraging new and emerging technologies to deliver best in class experiences to clients while ensuring platform resiliency and stability. Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools. Work with team members and subject matter experts to frame and document ML problems to develop machine learning applications. Selecting appropriate datasets and creating data representation and visualizations. Run machine learning tests and experiments. Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results. Train and retrain systems when necessary. Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks. Keep abreast of developments in the field and derive automation best practices for continuous improvement.
