Position:- QlikSense / QlikView Lead Consultant Experience:- Min 10+ Years Location: Richardson, TX - Onsite Contract:- 12 + Months with Extension Job Details: Strong Knowledge of Cognos/ Qlik / Any Business Intelligence tools, with an experience of Sql/Pl Sql, PostgreSQL, PGSQL and data modeling. Work closely and lead the team to architect and implement effective, high performing and maintainable Business Intelligence Data Models and database coding practices that form the architectural foundations of a data warehouse. Develop a consistent and maintainable data model that has the ability to expand based upon new business requirements. Deep level troubleshooting ability. Identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous process improvements. Participate in problem management and come up with solutions when the need arises. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables. Required Skills Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (QlikSense/QlikView/ Cognos) Experience with SQL, PL/PgSql skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries. Experience with creating dashboards using Qlik Sense Mashups. Experience with Unstructured data like Json, XML etc. Understanding and experience with analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations. Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and Security requirements Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
