Youll create detailed user stories for the agile development lifecycle and manage Scrum /Waterfall sessions for the team, ensuring that the solutions were building and implementing are optimized and scalable to meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will: Partner closely with the Product owner and/or business architect to understand and prioritize project scope, objectives, and constraints for development sprints. Document existing functionality, identifying, and resolving any missing requirements. Collaborate with the product owners, architects, and other product team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment; ensure stories are groomed and ready for discussion prior to future iterations or reviews. Guide development teams to ensure clear understanding of user stories assigned, addressing questions that may arise, and serving as a resource to understand the business behind the user stories. Identify design needs and coordinate with UX team for build out. Support QA and UAT testing throughout the SDLC. Qualifications At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role Bachelors degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, or a similar STEM discipline required; experience can suffice for education Experience collaborating with business, development, and testing teams to create and evolve user stories and ensure development matches business goals and objectives. Understanding of how to write business requirements that include detailed acceptance criteria, and feed clearly into quality assurance testing.
