Business Analyst(Hybrid)

Location: Downtown Houston, TX (3 days a week and 2days remote.)

Duration: 6 months

MOI: Skype  

Must Have:    

Need to have experience with Property Management software such as Entreat,Yard, Real Page, etc. 

The candidate he wants would be from oneof the following environments:

Submittedcandidates need to have either:

1) Worked within a large multi-family community using one of theavailable management systems Entreat, OneSite, Yardi, MRI,etc.)

2) Had experience on a Helpdesk for several years, answering questionsregarding the Management Systems issues and upgrades

3) Had experience implementing Management Systems, alsoany certification such as PMP would be a plus.

Entreat is the preferredManagement system experience

I have apposition open for a Contract toHire role as BA at Hines.

They are expanding their properties byacquisition and new builds.  They need to consolidate those propertiesinto Hines Management System Entreat. 

Ultimately there will be some integrationwith their ERP system JDE.

Business Systems SupportAnalyst

Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Support Analyst, you are part of a collaborative andservice-obsessed Information Technology Team, partnering with the Operationsteam enabling Client to deliver an industry-leading apartment livingexperience. This role supports our Leasing Offices, Corporate Accounting,Central and Regional Operations, Marketing and, ultimately, our Residents andProspective Residents. Through troubleshooting and resolving system issueswithin our Enterprise Property Management System, engaging with ClientOperations to implement point solutions, ensuring configurations and settingswork in concert to facilitate business processes according to specifications,you will ensure the delivery of an optimal and frictionless End User Experiencefor our On-Site Leasing and Maintenance Teams, Regional and Corporate Users,and our Residents and Prospective Residents. With our growing multifamilyportfolio, this role will interact with and serve Teams worldwide. In addition,this role will help with acquisitions and new development as Client continuesto grow its multifamily portfolio. As such, this will be a highly visible andcollaborative role across the Client Organization, requiring the ability tocreate and maintain strong working relationships with other Teams from the peerlevel up to Senior Leadership across Client.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

        Demonstratethe ability to learn new concepts, processes, and enterprise applications at masterylevel

        Promptlyrespond to requests submitted through our Helpdesk ticketing system

        Engagewith End Users and Key Stakeholders to gather information, solicit requirementsand design specifications for special projects and initiatives

        CaptureEnhancement Requests and Issues and the track their status to resolution in ourticketing system

        DevelopedUser Acceptance test scripts for systems implementations

        Managetasks across multiple initiatives and projects according to Organization-drivenpriorities

        Liaisebetween our property management solution provider and our End Users to solveproblems

        Collaboratewith Client Operations Team, Marketing, Accounting and Regional Operationsteams to on-board properties during acquisitions, new development, and 3rd partyproperty management transactions

        Partnerwith Client Operations Team to identify training opportunities for our On-SiteTeams

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

        Bachelorsdegree, or other related work experience

        Relatedprofessional certifications is a plus (i.e., PMP, DASM, ITL, etc.)

        13years' experience working within a Helpdesk or Call Center environment

        Excellenttroubleshooting and analytical skills

        Excellentcommunication skills and service-obsessed approach to End User support

        Excellenttime management skills

        Solution-orientedapproach to problem solving

        Proficientwith MS Office 365 (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

        Proficientwith collaboration platforms (i.e., MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)

        Experiencewith Smart sheet and Powerbase is a plus

        Multifamilyindustry experience and/or property management systems (i.e., Entreat, OneSite,Yardi, MRI, etc.) is a plus
