Looking for a strong business systems analyst resource with previous experience using various techniques such as: business and technical process mapping, analyzing and documenting as-is and to-be, workshops, job shadowing, interviews, etc. 2. Healthcare domain and agile experience, data integration experience preferred. 3.CMS Audit Experience Must 4. Experience in working in teams that are going through agile transformation is also preferred. 5. Excellent requirements elicitation, requirements writing in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria are REQUIRED. 6. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence others. 7. Ability and willingness to follow client requirements standards and follow the direction of a mentor 8. Exceptional planning and facilitation skills required. 9. Ability to work independently or in a team with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. 10. Experience documenting and following a requirements/analysis work plan. 11.
