Hands on Lightning Web Components. Manage offshore team and Customer Stake Holders. KPIs: Best Practice followed. CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Qualifications: Should have excellent Communication skills. Experience in managing Salesforce projects including implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Salesforce Certified Developer. Good understanding of Overall enterprise applications. Should have working exp in lightning implementation projects. In three Projects. Knowledge of Flows, and lightning web components. Hands on development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Process etc. Good understanding of SDLC process and AGILE methodology. Understanding requirements and high-level design. Having integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs, oAuth and SSO is a Plus. Knowledge on product development lifecycle and tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, GIT, and VSCode. Ability to work in cross-collaborative and Agile environments. Must be self-motivated, passionate, flexible, demonstrate responsibility, ownership, individual contributor, excellent oral and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skill.
