This is a remote position with minimal to occasional travel. Applicable candidates would possess the following skills: 5+ years working directly with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a must. Additional skills that are not required but would be of some benefit: Service Cloud, Field Service Lighting, Communities, Service Cloud Add-ons, CPQ, Einstein, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Commerce Must be able to lead workshops to gather requirements and user stories Be able to translate requirements and user stories into solution design, jointly with the architects Lead demonstrations, prototypes, conference room pilots; gather feedback and adjust requirements / user stories / solution design Plan, lead, and support Salesforce testing cycles Assist with User Adoption assessment and planning Must be an expert at Sales business processes and typical metrics and/or Service business processes Capable of some application configuration; ability to develop code with APEX and/or Lightning Components a plus.
