The candidate will act as ServiceNow domain expert in one or more of the following areas: ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITBM and ITOM Suite The ServiceNow Developer will support the implementation and deployment of clients ServiceNow platform to empower overseas business growth and enhance employee experience. Experience designing, developing, and managing a ServiceNow Domain Separated instance is desirable. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Act as ServiceNow domain expertin one or more of the following areas. ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITBM andITOM Suite Design, develop and customizeServiceNow Applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configureApplication UI and workflow Design and develop customapplications on ServiceNow platform as needed based on the requirements. Domain Separation and designingthe Process and data flow within various domains. Refine requirements and performintegrations with the ServiceNow Integration Hub and web services using SOAP orRest Research and analyze businessrequirements, provide conceptual and detail designs to meet business needs,manage configurations in ServiceNow, and test and support the rollout ofsolutions. Apply Agile softwaredevelopment practices for customizations to the platform and applications. Facilitate review sessions withfunctional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives. Provide solution options forthe business to consider, along with pros and cons analyses for each option andrecommendation.
