Resolving issues as and when they are reported Conducting trainings on reports and all features of Varonis DataAdvantage and Data Privilege applications Act as the primary Varonis (DatAdvantage, Data Privilege) technical expert/administrator for implementation, configuration and upgrades of the tool Responsible for being the single point of contact for end-users for anything related to Varonis application this includes troubleshooting, setting up demos with the vendor and project managing upgrades/migration of servers Responsible for coordinating with the internal support teams like windows, database, storage and network engineering Responsible for communicating/explaining technical issues with well-versed technical individuals. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions.
