| From: Sonali, KPG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: ServiceNow Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6+months This role serves as the technical subject matter expert in our ServiceNow Discovery, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and service mapping; he or she will leverage technical expertise with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, our ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) visibility products to effectively support configuration management process and configuration management database (CMDB). ServiceNow Engineer job responsibilities include: Primary responsibility is to design, implement, support and mature our ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and service mapping Design, implement and support 3rd party integrations with our ServiceNow CMDB Implement and support out of box and custom patterns to discover on-premise and cloud infrastructure Implement and support the application catalog and workflow to orchestrate configuration management processes and enable automation Work collaboratively across business and technology services organization to evolve and mature CMDB Support the overall ITSM vision and work with other product owners and managers to deliver consistent and predictable service management QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or any engineering field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of demonstrated technical experience with design, implementation and support of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and service mapping.
