The Developer works in a team environment to support programs in production and systems development. The Developer is responsible for developing and updating programs that are defect free and meet or exceed service level performance metrics. The Developer possesses basic knowledge of systems development methodology. Must have at least 5 years development experience using the IBM Sterling Integrator EDI translation product in a Linux environment, version 6.0 or greater preferred. Must be proficient in all mapping disciplines supported by the product. Experience developing business processes within the tool. Experience working with the EDI transaction set used in the Transportation industry. ( EDI 211, EDI 210, EDI 214, EDI 204 ).
