Job Title: QA Test Analyst-FULL SSN NO IS MUST Location: Warren, Michigan- ONSITE Visa: NO H1B, CPT AND OPT Client: General Motors Job Responsibilities: Looking for someone who knows how to do automation testing. Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures Test system modifications to prepare for implementation Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes Create or maintain databases of known test defects Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates 3+ years of Test Automation implementation experience 3+ years of software development and/or software testing experience Experience performing User Acceptance Testing within multiple channels (desktop, mobile, web, chat) Experience working with global regions Experience in OnStar business a plus Experience with collaboration tools such as TFS, SharePoint and/or other test tools 1-3 years of experience with DB Tools such as SQL and Oracle Experience with real time and batch systems Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills High tolerance for working in a dynamic and shifting environment and able to readily embrace and participate in change initiatives Must be a self-starter, take initiative, and be curious Must be detail oriented while keeping eye on the bigger picture Ability to work with different requirements (global/local) ensuring ability to negotiate successful solutions. Experience with low-level ad-hoc query tools and a detailed working knowledge developing metrics. Project Management Experience Experience in Mobile and/or Communications testing Experience in an Agile & Scrum methodologies Experience with Software test tools such as LoadRunner, QTP/UFT and Selenium Working knowledge of tools like cucumber to support behavior-driven development (BDD) Experience with SQL, Hibernate, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) Experience with web technologies (ideally HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript) Experience in developing and executing SQL queries to develop test data and perform database verification testing 1 -5 years of software development experience with Java Top 3 must-have hard skills Selenium OR Appium based framework Java and Csharp language Thanks & Regards: GAURAV VISHWAKARMA IT Recruiter (Sibitalent Corp) Office 101 E.
