Job Posting Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester Basic Description: Perform integration, regression and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and Navy Federal business practices and policies. Assists in the analysis of functional and technical requirements and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems Responsibilities: Assist Quality Assurance Analyst to certify system testing complete & ready for production Create and edit test cases in accordance with system requirements Create, modify and/or locate the data and conditions needed to execute test cases Identify areas for improved testing processes Modify, coordinate and schedule input to maintain the test environments Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost, and discrepancies found Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in testing complex systems including various platforms Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), etc. Familiar with IBML Content Manager and IBML On Demand Content Manager with Mainframe development Familiarity with Records Management Systems Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking/Finance/Investments, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systems Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Advanced knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps |
