Key responsibilities include: Partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand utility-driven changes and new business requirements. Translating those requirements into developer-ready user stories and functional requirements. Defining and supporting test scenarios and business validation activities. Communicating system changes back to the business in a clear, understandable way so users know how to test and adopt the new functionality. Ideal candidate profile: Prior EDI experience is highly preferred. If EDI experience is not present, the candidate must have a strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn complex utility transaction processes. Experience working between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams. Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and testing support skills. Ability to translate technical solutions into language business users can readily understand.
