Must-Have Skills ADMS / OMS - 5+ years Electric Utility / Power Distribution experience Hands-on GEV ADMS & OMS preferred Experience with ABB, Oracle NMS, Schneider, or Siemens OMS/ADMS OMS Outage Management & Restoration Workflows Crew Management & Mobile Workforce Applications SCADA, GIS & AMI integration Strong GIS knowledge - Smallworld / ESRI SQL and/or Power BI / Tableau Storm Restoration & Outage Management ETR, outage reporting, KPIs & performance analysis ADMS FLISR/FDIR, Feeder Reconfiguration, Load Shedding, VVO & Distribution Load Flow IT/OT Security & NERC CIP awareness Key Responsibilities Define and document business/technical requirements for electric distribution systems. Analyze and improve complex utility workflows including outage identification, trouble ticket generation, crew dispatch, and restoration. Support ADMS/OMS/SCADA/GIS/AMI system planning, implementation, testing and operations. Lead discussions around distribution grid requirements, storm restoration and regulatory reporting. Support RFP development, vendor evaluation, selection and SOW development. Assist with solution design, implementation, testing, acceptance and vendor management. Work directly with utility stakeholders to assess current OT systems and define future-state solutions. Ideal Candidate A Utility Business Analyst / OT Consultant with deep experience in ADMS/OMS and electric distribution operations, who understands how OMS, SCADA, GIS and AMI work together in a utility environment.
