This role will lead strategic initiatives involving AP automation, SAP Finance, Concur, Kyriba, and related enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate combines solid Finance process knowledge with proven IT project-management capabilities and can drive complex modernization programs from planning through implementation. Prior experience managing Finance application projects is required.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Finance and AP transformation initiatives, including AP automation, P2P optimization, Concur, payment modernization, and SAP/Kyriba integrations. Manage the complete project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, quality, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury, IT, compliance, security, and business stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. Establish delivery governance, project controls, status reporting, escalation procedures, and executive steering committee communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, system integrators, consultants, and third-party vendors across multiple workstreams. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, resource plans, budgets, and executive dashboards. Oversee integrations among SAP, Concur, Kyriba, banking platforms, procurement solutions, and other Finance applications. Drive process standardization, workflow automation, controls improvement, and adoption of modern Finance technologies. Lead requirements coordination, solution-design reviews, SIT, UAT, cutover, data migration, deployment, and hypercare activities. Identify project risks and dependencies early, establish mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Ensure solutions comply with financial controls, audit requirements, data-security standards, and organizational governance. Facilitate stakeholder alignment, organizational change management, training readiness, and business adoption. Monitor project benefits, operational KPIs, and transformation outcomes following implementation.Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience, including significant experience managing enterprise Finance application projects. Strong functional understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes. Proven experience leading SAP Finance or SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, integration, or modernization initiatives. Hands-on project leadership experience with AP automation, Concur, Kyriba, or comparable Finance and Treasury platforms. Experience managing complex integrations between SAP and third-party enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payments, expense management, approval workflows, payment files, banking interfaces, and financial controls. Demonstrated expertise in project governance, budget management, risk management, vendor management, and executive reporting. Experience leading distributed business, technical, and vendor teams in a remote delivery environment. Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Prior experience delivering Finance application projects is mandatory.Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP FI-AP, MM, P2P, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Concur, Kyriba, or AP automation platforms. Knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, banking interfaces, and payment-processing solutions. Experience with Finance shared services, global process standardization, ERP transformation, or cloud modernization programs. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, SAP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
