The role requires a strong understanding of medical device and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global trade requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support end to end GTO by assisting with operational activities and process execution. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Develop and maintain an understanding of medical device and manufacturing (MFG) processes to effectively support in determination of aspects such as major component identification, functional transformation and Country of Origin determination. Assist in identifying operational challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating issues as required. Support adherence to organizational procedures, compliance requirements, and governance standards related to global trade operations. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality, to support trade related activities. Contribute to process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences with experience in Supply Chain, manufacturing , Operations, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of medical device and manufacturing processes. Proven experience in operations or trade support roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional and global team environments. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting Global Trade Operations or trade related processes. Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly within the medical device industry. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational setting. Proficiency in standard business tools such as MS Excel and collaboration platforms.
