The consultant will serve as the primary functional resource for Oracle Procurement, Cost Management (Costing), Collaborative Messaging Framework (CMK), and GHX integrations, ensuring users are effectively trained and business processes are fully supported. The ideal candidate has strong Oracle Cloud functional expertise, excellent communication and training skills, and experience supporting healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations. Key Responsibilities Oracle Cloud Functional Support Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Cost Management. Troubleshoot functional issues related to purchasing, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, supplier communications, inventory costing, and accounting. Analyze production incidents and coordinate resolution with Oracle Support, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Assist business users with system questions, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Support Oracle quarterly (25A26D) updates by reviewing release documentation, performing impact analysis, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Oracle Procurement Support Support the following Oracle Fusion Procurement modules: Purchasing Self Service Procurement Supplier Portal Procurement Contracts Sourcing Supplier Qualification Management (preferred) Responsibilities include: Supporting buyers, requesters, and approvers. Assisting with procurement workflows and approvals. Resolving purchasing and supplier transaction issues. Supporting supplier onboarding and procurement best practices. Oracle Cost Management (Costing) Support Oracle Fusion Cost Management processes, including: Cost Organizations Cost Books Receipt Accounting Cost Accounting Inventory Valuation Standard and Actual Costing Cost adjustments and reconciliations Period-end costing activities Assist Finance and Supply Chain teams with costing inquiries, troubleshooting, and reporting. Collaborative Messaging Framework (CMK) Support Oracle Fusion Collaborative Messaging Framework. Monitor inbound and outbound procurement transactions. Troubleshoot failed electronic business messages. Validate XML message processing and monitor transaction status. Assist suppliers with onboarding and electronic document exchange. GHX Integration Support Support Oracle's integration with GHX by: Monitoring and troubleshooting Purchase Order transmissions. Supporting Purchase Order Acknowledgments. Supporting Advance Ship Notices (ASNs). Supporting electronic Invoice processing. Assisting with Catalog integrations. Reviewing XML payloads, XSLT mappings, and integration issues. Coordinating issue resolution with GHX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and technical teams. Oracle Cloud Training Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual Oracle Cloud training. Create and maintain: User Guides Job Aids Quick Reference Guides Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Knowledge Base articles Training presentations Train procurement buyers, requesters, inventory users, finance users, and supply chain personnel. Provide post-go-live support and refresher training. Documentation Document business processes and system procedures. Maintain support documentation and issue resolution guides. Develop functional test scripts for Oracle quarterly updates. Create knowledge articles for recurring issues and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional experience. Minimum 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement. Experience providing Oracle Cloud end-user training. Experience supporting Oracle Cloud production environments. Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement business processes. Experience supporting Oracle Cost Management (Costing). Experience with Oracle Collaborative Messaging Framework (CMK). Experience supporting GHX integrations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud implementation experience. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience. Experience with XML, XSLT, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services. Oracle Cloud Procurement or SCM Certification. Experience supporting Oracle Redwood user experience. Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
