Role: IAM Automation Engineer Location: Remote Description: Key Responsibilities and Duties Develops and maintains automation scripts and workflows using Power, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload. Leverages AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program. Builds and maintains integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows. Handles operational issues and drives key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions. Conducts analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies. Identifies and implements emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques. Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.
