Ensure adherence to Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and organizational delivery standards. Coach teams on Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Guide teams toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain a high-performing Agile culture across teams. Team Enablement & Coaching Act as a servant leader by empowering teams and removing delivery impediments. Mentor Product Owners and team members on Agile mindset, Scrum roles, and delivery excellence. Drive Agile maturity assessments and improvement plans. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Program & Stakeholder Management Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and programs. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization. Partner with leadership teams to provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and opportunities. Facilitate effective communication among business, technology, and executive stakeholders. Metrics, Reporting & Governance Track Agile KPIs including Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, and Team Capacity. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent tools. Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support release planning, PI planning, and continuous delivery initiatives. Continuous Improvement Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate action-oriented retrospectives. Implement process improvements to increase team productivity and delivery quality. Promote Agile innovation and organizational agility across business units. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 8 to 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple Scrum teams. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools. Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving team impediments. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience working in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations. Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in distributed/global delivery environments. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Prior experience handling multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Certifications (Preferred) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) SAFe Agilist (SA) PMP or PMI-ACP Certification What You'll Bring Servant Leadership mindset.
