Role: Data 360 Data Conversion Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA- ONSITE Duration: 6+ Months Description: We are seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to support leading data migration and conversion activities for enterprise technology implementations. This role will be responsible for data extraction| transformation| cleansing| validation| and loading| ensuring the successful migration of HR data across systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data 360 and HR technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for HR technology implementations and upgrades. Develop data mapping| transformation| cleansing| and validation processes. Perform data reconciliation and resolve data quality issues.Support testing cycles| including mock conversions and production cutovers. Partner with HR| Technology| and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and readiness. Document conversion requirements| mapping rules| and validation results. Ensure compliance with data governance| privacy| and security standards. Perform data profiling| cleansing| transformation| enrichment| and reconciliation activities. Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for SAP-to-Workday migration. Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation rules. Prepare Workday-compatible load files using EIBs and Workday data templates. Validate migrated data through reconciliation reports and business sign-off processes. Collaborate with Workday Functional Consultants to support tenant loads and testing cycles. Troubleshoot migration and conversion issues during SIT| UAT| and Go-Live phases. Implement data quality controls and ensure compliance with governance| privacy| and security policies. Support cutover planning| mock conversions| deployment activities| and post-production stabilization."
