Must-Have Technical Requirements: Financial domain experience Worked in an Agile environment Good understanding of microservices-based development API documentation (e.g., Swagger)Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Systems Analyst with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners to understand and translate business challenges into system requirements while making actionable functional recommendations. Working within an agile team alongside squad leads, business analysts, architects, and technology leads, you will ensure successful delivery of program objectives and align day-to-day deliverables with the overall product roadmap.Core Qualifications & Key Responsibilities Experience & Expertise 5+ years of systems analysis experience, with dedicated work in software solutions definition and development. Financial Services / Banking domain experience required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies, formal documentation processes, and software testing in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong data analysis skills, including querying and analyzing complex data sets. Skills & Mindset Technical problem solver comfortable navigating fast-paced, complex environments. Highly proactive with a strong drive to learn and contribute to team success. Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills (written, verbal, and technical illustrations). Ability to articulate complex business problems in technical terms and build consensus across multidisciplinary teams. Value You Deliver Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program interdependencies, overlap, and reuse opportunities. Participate in backlog refinement sessions and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements. Define problem scopes and research/evaluate alternative system solutions. Evaluate existing and in-development system designs for functionality, dependability, and maintainability. Build comprehensive solution approaches and ensure full acceptance test criteria for all system requirements. Produce and maintain system feature design documentation and user training materials.
